Before & After

Before & After: A Brickell Condo Transformation

3 min read

See how we took a 900 sq ft condo from cluttered and chaotic to calm and curated in just two days.

When our client called, she described her Brickell condo as 'beautiful but suffocating.' Floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous bay views — and every surface covered in stuff. 900 square feet of high-rise living with nowhere for anything to actually live.

Day one was edit day. We worked room by room, starting with the kitchen and ending in the closet. Every item got a decision: keep, donate, or relocate. By the end of day one, we'd cleared three carloads of donations and the apartment already felt twice as large.

Day two was systems day. We installed acrylic drawer dividers in the kitchen, woven bins in the linen closet, and matching velvet hangers throughout the wardrobe. We labeled the pantry with our signature minimalist tags and created a 'drop zone' by the front door for keys, mail, and bags.

The result: a home that finally matched the view. Our client texted us a week later: 'I haven't lost my keys once. I didn't know that was possible.'

The takeaway? Small spaces don't need more storage — they need better systems. Every square foot in Miami real estate is precious. Treat it that way.
