And yet, somewhere behind the lobby, someone had engineered every single detail.

Over more than a decade working across hotels, hospitality brands, and residential communities, that observation became the pattern she couldn't unsee: the most memorable experiences were being created by systems almost no one ever noticed.

The people running those systems didn't consider themselves designers or strategists. They were operators — quietly holding the standard so that everyone else could enjoy it.

In time, she began to believe that this way of thinking — the discipline, the intentionality, the care for the invisible layer — belonged far beyond the industry that invented it. It belonged inside residential communities. Inside vacation rentals. Inside the private homes of the people who care most about how their lives are run.

InOrder was founded on that idea. It is a consulting practice built to bring hospitality thinking wherever great experiences are meant to happen.
